Holistic Health Guidance With Nina

Reclaim your life force through deep nourishment, simple daily rhythms, and a return to your body’s innate wisdom. 

I take a holistic and intuitive approach to coaching and rely strongly on your inner knowing.  Oftentimes, we know the steps we need to take to cultivate health, but the steps to get there, or the support structure to ensure success is lacking.  That is where I come in.  I will combine your inner guidance with my own training and expertise to craft ways of being that will naturally lead to radiance and true health.

FOOD + PLANT ALLIES:

We will establish practices and rituals to deeply nourish your body.  I love to prioritize whole in season foods and rarely suggest prescriptive diets, but instead work with your unique physiology and lifestyle to create sustainable daily habits. I may incorporate adding or eliminating foods for a time depending on your personal goals.  At times homeopathic recommendations will come into play along with other plant and herbal allies.

MOVEMENT: 

Movement is life.  Regular movement is a key part to vibrant living.  Walking, dancing, yoga, workouts, weight lifting, pilates, and martial arts are some great examples of ways to keep the body in flow and alive.  We will tailor movement goals to what lights you up. 

SUNSHINE:

Regular daily sunshine at key times is an incredible natural and free to to feel your best.  I am a lover of practices that dial in circadian rhythm and we will likely incorporate this depending on your health goals.

JOY:

What lights you up?  What do you enjoy?  Regularly engaging in activities that are fun and inspiring are a key to holistic health.  It is so important in this age of health hacks that we do activities that bring us delight just for the sake of delight rather than to create a healing result.  I will encourage this!

COMMUNITY:

Loneliness is one of the highest markers of longevity.  We need friends, community members whether its at a spiritual space, craft class, movement class, friends or family.  I will support you to cultivate and deepen your relationships and thus age backwards.

SPIRITUAL PRACTICE:

What makes you feel connected to all that is?  Is it praying, writing, being in nature, worshipping in community, meditating, chanting?  The ways to the top of the mountain are infinite.  All that is asked is that we climb.  The remembrance of infinite source and our deep connection and reflection of that source energy is a key to vibrant and fulfilling life.  We will cultivate practices unique to you.

REST:

Sleep and rest are crucial for repair and restoration.  At times rest during the day is needed to recoup and repair.  And deep extended sleep at night is key.
