I grew up in the Boston area and received my b.a from Smith College, spent a year studying in London (where I first awakened to my lifelong spiritual path) and spent several months living and working in Sydney Australia. In my early years I worked with children in myriad ways. As a young adult, I delved deeply into the healing arts by way of self exploration and a career path. In my twenties I spent time in an intensive spiritual group where I taught ch’i based yoga classes and provided energy healing sessions for clients. I spent time living in Sedona Arizona, where I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training in classical Hatha Yoga from Seven Centers. I then returned to the Boston area where I was trained through DONA as a birth doula, and completely my 500 hour teacher training in The Yoga of Energy Flow, with Daniel Orlansky. I served in Boston for several years teaching yoga and attending births, and specialized in prenatal yoga classes as well as courses I developed to support women and families in childbirth thru embodiment practices. At this point my gypsy spirit returned, and I spent time Living and working in Indonesia, and traveling throughout Southeast Asia.

I have now live in the magical mountains of Asheville where I have resided for ten years. I have spent the majority of that time managing my husband’s holistic medical practice and studying various healing modes. I am certified in flower essence therapy, with Joseph Aldo. And and certified in Homeopathy with the venerable Whapio Diane Bartlett and I have continued my education with CHE out of London.

I received my certification in Akashic records Readings with Ruth Pike- Elliott and Deborah Hellman and love how this method has grounded and deepened my work as an intuitive guide.

Additionally,, I have been deeply immersed myself in the study and practice of Quantum Health and biology and have supported clients healing via the treasures of the earth such as sun, water, and the ground we stand on.

I alchemize an earth based and mystical approach for my clients, and blend my knowledge of embodiment, energy medicine & quantum wellness practices to guide individuals back to their true essence where the light if their soul resides.
